Discovery Insures poor service.

Unfortunately I had to submit a claim and the settlement amount was less than 10 000 to what I was advised when purchasing the policy. The claim is now outstanding 13 business days. Assessor and team lead are really ***********, the Assessor dragged my claim for no reason. I provided all information - Assessor advised that they could not get hold of a certain company to retrieve data - I did it in 5 minutes. I have al the emails and all of the responses and can prove that Discovery Insure's services are really poor.

I have been inconvenienced for 13 business days now. Absolutely pathetic services.

To date no apology, no concerns for the client and most of all they do not care if they lose me as a client.

Please think twice when using Diwcovery Insure.
