DISCOVERY INSURES PATHETIC SERVICE

I’m very disappointed with the service and the turnaround time , It’s been over 50 days now and my claim has not been paid out yet , this as left me in a devastating position financially and the lack of communication is pathetic, further more the excess amount that is required to be paid was unexpected and I feel it is absorbent compared to what I was told I would pay , PLEASE RIVERT TO ME URGENTLY!!!
