Discovery Insure's fantastic resolution to a third party claim

Although I am not a DI client, I was obliged to deal with their legal department as a consequence of instituting a third-party claim against a DI policyholder. I have to commend Gretchen Rubin for her prompt, professional and courteous service. Gretchen and her colleagues went out of their way to address all of my concerns, arrange a home visit from an assessor, engage a panel beater on my behalf, and disburse payment to me within days of lodging my claim. Anyone who has traversed the third-party claims process will attest to it being riven with subterfuge and blame aversion. At no stage did I feel any sense of distrust and was constantly assured that my interests and well being were paramount. If this is how well non-clients are treated, I would recommend DI to anyone shopping around for a new insurer. Many thanks Gretchen and team.
