Discovery Insure's below par service providers

Having been with Discovery Insure for almost 5 years now, I've always been happy with their service and standards. However the last 2 service providers allocated have been appalling. Currently in an escalation process due to poor workmanship of a service provider stipulated and chosen by Discovery Insure, the escalation person, the Procurement Manager, has been unable to make a decision or bother to respond to me since 10h30 this morning. Now I sit without a car at the mercy of a ***** panel beater and Discovery Insure.
