DISCOVERY INSURE...Refusing to settle a small amount from a burst geyer,,,what a disgusting company.

Discovery Insure had their plumbers install a new geyser this burst into the whole building, Discovery decided this was too much hassle so they told the plumber to sort it out, so sitting with a plumber after they could not be bothered.. this resulted in me wasting my precious time on a plumber, now the water that was lost, my tenant should not have to pay for this..3 months statements to show the water was increased, DISCOVERY REFUSES TO SETTLE THE MISERABLE AMOUNT STILL TO THIS DAY...NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING THEY ARE NOT REPUTABLE AND A GREEDY BUNCH..SO ALL THE MEDIA FROM MY COMPLAINT WILL RESULT IN less people going to DISCOVERY INSURE.. GOOD LUCK DISCOVERY WITH THAT ATTITUDE.. We have moved out other policies to other companies.
