Discovery Insurer sales poor customer s****s/Qute - ***/Policy no: ***

I had a gentleman phoning me to quote me for a cover on my vehicle and I allowed him the chance to quote me and the quote was not bad at all but like any person who has insurance you will review this with your current insurer to see if they can beat it or not and then have the option to use the new quote you received. I was then rudely spoken to by this gentleman from Discovery Insure because I used his quote. He has no right to challenge my decisions as I care for my own personal benefit not to his benefit.

After the call I received this mail from the Gentleman: " Good day,

Please do not waste my time by asking me to get a discount just to take the details I have given you in confidence back to get a discount to your insurance company. I work based on commission I would rather spend my time and efforts on a client that understands the value of what I am offering not someone looking to use me to get a better deal with their insurer. If that’s the case then I am glad I do not have to do business with you .
