Discovery Insurer Bad Customer Service!

Discovery InSure is the worst at customer service! On the 22 of October 2022, I tired to cancel my car insurance as I don't have a car anymore. They couldn't help me. On the 24th of October I called them and the lady from the cancelation n department on the phone said that someone will call me which they did not! They are still debuting my account and they not a cheap insurer! They have nothing against First For Women, because when I call FFW, on the same day they cancelled my policy avoiding any penalties and nothing was debited from my account. Discovery Insurer just want to take peoples money!
