Discovery Insured not recommended

It took me a year and a half to get a policy transferred from my wife’s name to mine. For a long time I was refused any info regarding the policy. Although they send me a letter to aplogise, they used this opportunity to increase the monthly premium backdated since my wife passed away. Although I and my wife was insured on this policy the premium increased because I am now the only insured. After I raised several complaints I can still not open documentation sent to me as they have an incorrect password. The service pf Discovery Insure is major frustration I will never do any further business with Discovey or recommend them to any other person.
