Thank you for the excellent service received from Zunaid Joseph. Call answered promptly, took down all my details and told me he would send a tow truck and another car would follow to take me and my 5 year old home. Zunaid made follow up calls to make sure I had been contacted by the towing company and that we were okay and after 2 minutes of arriving home, he phoned to ask if we were at home safely. Thank you Zunaid, you put a panicked client at ease. You are a true assist to Discovery. Keep up the good work. I have no words except THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU.
