I had a great experience from Mpho Phokanoka at Discovery Insure when I experienced a burst water pipe over the weekend. I called in the incident to the Discovery Home Assist line at 8am on Saturday and Mpho assisted me to send out a plumber before noon to fix the pipe. Mpho even called back several times to check that I was being assisted.
