Discovery Insure24/Plumber

This past weekend one of our most used taps stripped. I called Discovery Insure whom we have household insurance with and got through to Mpho Phokanoka. From the moment my call was answered there was a sense of urgency to assist. With the country currently in 21 Day Lockdown I was naturally very concerned about availability resources and the time in which my issue would be resolved. I received a call from a plumber within 30 mins of logging a claim and had someone out to fix the problem within an hour. During this time Mpho called me several times to ensure our issue was attended to and a resolution was in hand. I would highly recommend Discovery Insure. This was the first time we had to claim from Discovery and I am super impressed with the speed and professionalism received from Mpho Phokanoka.
