Discovery Insure24/ Mechanical Tow

My vehicle broke down yesterday - I phoned Discovery Insure for assistance - the call centre agent Mpho Phokanoka went out of his way to ensure I was safe while I waited for the tow truck he had organised. I was phoned every 10 minutes to ensure I was still safe. The tow truck arrived within a half an hour and again Mpho called to ensure that all was ok on my side. Exceptional service - Thank you.
