Discovery Insure Young Rewards Card is a ****

After two years of struggling I am resorting to Hellopeter in desperation. My son, a university student, has not been able to use this benefit in the two years he has been a Discovery Insure client. ! First the pin did not work and despite numerous calls and promises we never got a new pin delivered via sms. The useless card was eventually lost and we have now been waiting for over a year for a new one to be delivered. How we will get the pin remains to be seen! What's the point of sending a statement with your balance when you can t spend it? Being at University it is a terrible inconvenience and costly exercise to constantly be telephoning from a cell phone and emailing with absolutely no help. Automated responses and promises from operators are never acted upon. Don t waste time with this so called benefit.<br>
