Discovery Insure - you are a disgrace

If I could give a ZERO rating I would. My car was ****** in February - recovered the same day - I still don't have it back. Discovery blundering took 6 weeks to get it booked in for repairs and we are still waiting... Discovery do not respond to emails. The Call Centre is unable to help us and even though our case has been "escalated" numerous times we still have no answers. Our broker is not getting anywhere either. The frustration is off the charts.
