Discovery Insure....WOW!!!

I was unfortunate to have had some appliances damaged due to a power serge yesterday. I logged a claim with Discovery at 9:30 this morning. We have a 7 month old baby and one of our appliances damaged was a microwave. I requested a speedy resolution as the microwave is of utmost importance with a little one. I was told i can replace the items and submit the receipts for a refund. Natasja was handling my claim and all i can say is that she holds true to the ethos of Discovery Insure. I have a new microwave already and the claim has been finalized and the refund is on its way to me, 6 hours later. Efficiency at its best. If Francios or Anton are reading this, take this lady to lunch!!!
