Discovery insure worst service in claims department

They had me to keep in contact with Maphee Mo***eng also known as Aubrey from the claims department. He was the most irresponsible consultant in charge of my claims. He never calls back , tried his best to lower my settlement , even was ****** by R1950 . When I kept calling to speak to him about my claim he hid from the calls and said he never got any messages from the 4 consultants I left a message with. Never rep**** to any emails . The team leaders or manager would never call you back, even thou you leave them numerous messages or calls.. Believe me guys discovery insure is the worst to work with when it comes to claims . I would advise you to never take this insurance !!!! They also end your calls because they don’t want to assist .
