Discovery Insure, worst service ever

Terrible experience with Discovery Insure. I put in a claim at the beginning of July, no feedback what so ever, they came to pick up my device claimed on 17 July didn’t tell me anything about the assessment, I had to phone them and stay on the line for almost 30 min just to find out that they didn’t assess my product correctly. You’re insurance is expensive and the reason why I took it is because I thought you were the best, but I’ll have to shop around for an insurance that actually insures products.
