Discovery insure ,worst service ever

Discovery insure -worst service ever I regret moving to Discovery insure. I recently had a claim with discovery insure and the way they handled my claim was very unprofessional an unbecoming . I dealt with a lady in the claims department by the name Sindiswa Cleopatra Mbuthuma who was never available to assist. Everytime i called the claims department to find out on the progress of my claim ,I was told that there was one document outstanding. Afer submitting the document i called in to follow up and was told that the information was loaded incorrectly by Sindi on their system and Sindi was going to correct it and contact me. Eventually it was corrected ,however when i called again i was told that there was another document that needed to be completed which they had forgot to send it to me. I have made numerous calls with no positive feedback from Sindi. Up to this day Sindi has not called me with feedback on my claim. This is not proffesional at all and . I will not recommend discovery insure to any of my friends and family as their customer service is pathetic .
