DISCOVERY INSURE WORST INSURER
I would advise people not to consider Discovery Insure. I lodged a claim 30 October 2023 break in at my house. I had to follow up everyday how long what is going on blah blah. If I dont call the handler he is not concern updating me. they ask me to get own quotes because apparently their providers is busy. Only to send a week later a provider of their choice ,they eventually paid out the content part but I am still struggling with the building side. I send emails to no avail it almost a month later. The stress and discomfort I already endured is of no concern to them. So please stay away from Discovery Insure.

Zero empathy zero concern its like you just have to wait until we have the time. This so so concerning the way they handle clients concerns and the lack of satisfying the needs of its clients is terrifying.
