Discovery insure WORST insurance EVER.

Good day I have had the worst 4 months experience with Discovery insure. I had household and vehicle insurance with then for nearly 2 years. Last year 2022 September I added 3 cellphones to my insurance. I was happy with the added premium amount which cam to roughly R2850 all inclusive. End of October premium of R3400 was deducted and I immediately questioned the extra amount. I phoned numerous times with same pathetic results, lies upon lies. I kept asking to speak to a manager of supervisor and was refused. In December I was told they could not locate the voice recoding when I added the cellphones. I sent numerous emails to the complaints department even went to the branch at Canal Walk with same disrespectful service, was told to fly to Johannesburg with my complaints. I have names of basically all the consultants I have spoken to over the last 3 months they know me,when I call they put me on hold for 20-30 minutes making me drop the call In absolute disgust and anger. I have recently changed Insurance and wil never ever go back to that **** insurance.
