Discovery Insure worst ever
Bad bad bad. Worst ever. They will use every reason not to pay claims. Please people be careful not to deal with them. Me daughter's car battery and hubcaps were ****** in Cape Town. I had to buy a battery in Bredasdorp and drive all the way to Cape Town to fit the battery. I had to repair the damage on the vehicle . Discovery wanted to know how long do I have the vehicle and how did I pay for it. Did I bought it from a dealer or private. I had to repeatedly aske what is going on with the claim. I had to spend over R3500 to buy the battery and drive to Cape Town and back. After all of this they denied the claim.

You asked my daughter question and you also did no inform her about the access.Yet I had to repair the bonnet ,bonner catch and bonnet cable myself because I couldn't wait any longer.
