Discovery Insure - Worst Claims Experience

Worst insurance service I have ever experienced. I spent the greater part of 3 hours trying to log a claim on the app and website - both of which were not working. Then I tried the contact centre, and they kept dropping the call. Eventually I managed to log the claim via the app. Then when I tried calling the responsible agent by the name of Beaumonde, agents refused to put me through to her. I sent emails and she fails to simply respond to my email.The call centre agents refuses to put me through to a supervisor as well.
