Discovery INSURE - worst BUILDING CLAIMS DEPT EVER!!

Discovery Insure is the worst ever insurance!!! I had begged and pleaded with them since my HAIL damage on 14 November 2023. its now 21.12.2023.

My House is still damaged, my solar panels damaged. I have been calling and wasting MY AIRTIME on their BUILDING CLAIMS department which is the WORST!!!!!

its now been over 3 weeks... still no feedback from Discovery Insure. I have broken Solar Panels, broken roof, no awnings, no sattelite tv.... one of the worst experiences ever ... and yet when they raise the premiums they can communicate but when you ask them to do their JOB, they effing do nothing!!

I had to waste another 25mins of air time and spoke to someone named Stanley on 18.12.2023, he said the providers would call me after 12pm on the same day or he or Discovery would provide feedback... its now 3 days later after MY CALL... yes MY CALL.... NOTHING..

what a waste of an insurer!!!
