Discovery Insure. Worse Car insurance you can pay for.
The worst service you can ever pay for!!!!
Their legal department is useless!!! I've been waiting for a 3rd party claim since 2019. No one from the legal Department keeps you up to date on how much money has been received during the year.. and finally when the total amount of money has been received .. NO ONE bothers to even call !!! Still waiting for my confirmation email that the money has been released yesterday and will appear in my bank account !!!!!!! The women working in that department is rude and not helpful at all!!!!! They surely give Discovery a bad name!!!!
Its time to change my car insurance.. any suggestions???

20 Oct 2020, 17:07Unfortunately the word sorry doesn't fix anything. I had a bad experience from the first day I had to do the claim . So this is NOT my first bad experience. I now understand the word by mouth ... you have a bad reputation when it comes to your employees, following up.. and overall experience during claims. Only thing your service is interested in is to collect your debit order each month. Your legal department is a disgrace with the worse attitude of ppl... one lady Samantha only tells me yesterday and her excuse for NOT following up or giving feedback is that 'sometimes one case do slip through unnoticed " .. again this morning.. another women can't remember her name. What a bad attitude to represent your legal department!!!!!! If they are this useless.. I can only imagine the bad attitudes and disgrace of employees and training filtering down towards the rest of your business.
Even after my bumper was fixed.. NO ONE .. no assessor.. no phone call... was Even made to find out about my satisfaction with the repairs from the panelbeatears. I called numerous times to complain... and NO ASSESSOR from your side was even called out to inspect at that time. IM STILL SITTING with a bumper who was NEVER fixed properly from day 1. Be sure ill spread the word ... how unreliable you are but quick to take deposits each month. You have been my first insurance... after so many years loyalty paid me 0 back.

"we can't find the claim" ... shame.. until I have to tell them how long ago this has been going on for... pathetic!!!!!!!!!
