Discovery Insure working with bad reputation panel beaters delaying repairs resulting in extended car hire

I am writing to formally complain about the handling of my claim for car hire reimbur*****t and repairs. Despite selecting a panel beater who provided the worst service and delays, your company has not covered the full cost of my car hire as stipulated in my policy. Discovery Insure is not reliable and not to be trusted by consumers. Avis keeps calling me asking me to settle the balance yet Discovery claimed funds from the 3rd Party that caused the accident. Very unfair!
