Discovery Insure won't finalize claim and I am being ignored

It has been 4 months waiting for Discovery Insure to send a courier to my house to come and collect original documents so that they can release payment according to the settlement agreement. I have been following up and my emails are being ignored. I sent the last email 3 weeks ago and they responded saying that someone from the claims department would contact me within 24 to 48 hours and no one has contacted me. Even the person who was responsible for processing my claim is now ignoring my emails after she said she would sent a courier to my house.
