DISCOVERY INSURE WON'T COVER MY CLAIM, BUT ALSO WON'T RETURN MY CELLPHONE!!!

Discovery Insure sent couriers to collect my damaged cellphone on 06/02/2023. They then came back to me after they had collected my cellphone and sent it to a cellphone repair company stating that they weren't going to cover my claim because they said that I was in arrears with my insurance payment. I however, was not in arrears and found out that Discovery Insure increased my accidental damage cover without telling me. I already have a case at the short term insurance Oumbadsman against them for this.

Now, despite repeated emails, Discovery Insure are ignoring my emails and are basically refusing to return my cellphone.
