Discovery Insure Woes

I have just moved from one reputable insurance company to Discovery.My monthly debit order for the first month went off without a hitch.However I noticed Insure Act had debited my account with a further R300.This seems to be traced back to Discovery.This is **********.This is not part of my financial agreement.I will engage PASA as I am shocked at this.Is there others out there experiencing this unauthorized debit?
