Discovery Insure with a very complicated leaky problem

We had a very unusual problem with our water pipes that run in the walls at our property. We called Discovery and they sent their plumbers to come and fix. Despite their best effort however, the plumbers struggled to get it right. I called Discovery and my case was escalated to Kagiso Shabangu. What I thought would be an uphill battle of sharing ideas on how best to solve the problem turned into not only a pleasure but a breeze. Kagiso was attentive and willing to engage constructively. She rang me back when she promised to. I know its not always roses in terms of approving claims but this is one of those cases where praise is due. Top marks here. Thank you.
