Discovery insure will not update ITC - Stay away

I cancelled my discovery insure policy after a year with them. I requested on numerous occasions to submit this to ITC in order for this to be closed. I received a letter few days later informing me that I would have to do this myself as they would not do this. They submitted my payments every month to indicate that this was paid while I was with them. Now that I cancelled the policy they just refuse. Just spoken to someone called Charme Strauss apparently a Manager at Discovery insure. Most unprofessional individual I ever dealt with and should definitely not be in that position. Refuse to take the matter further, to uodate this as closed with the relevant credit bureaus and then telling me that I will talk yo her and that is the last when I requested to speak to someone more senior and able to assist me. Can you imagine that everytime you paid something to have to deal with all the credit bureaus yourself if all companies did this? Other insurance companies remove this by submitting the last update as cancelled by client. Now I have to lodge a despute with every credit bureau to have tos removed. Its insane and not my responsibility. Absolutely unprofessional. I will tell everyone to steer clear of them. Is this even legal? ... quesss what, I will take it as far as necessary. How do they get away with this?
