Discovery Insure will NOT be coming to help you in an emergency

If I could give them a ZERO I would. I had a flat tire emergency and tried the ***number and it kept saying the number does not exist. By the way, their App keeps saying they will send me an OTP and nothing comes through. But even then, I should be able to call and get HELP. I pay my insurance and never missed a premium but at the time I was in trouble, Discovery Insure could not give me the basic assistance I needed. Honestly, Please tell me why I need to be with them when they can't help you when you need it? I am disappointed. I am annoyed. I am frustrated and I will not be with Discovery for long.
