Discovery Insure will never see me again

I am not so happy - I requested a quote on vehicle insurance - which on the phone at the time I accepted. However on the same day my husband and I discussed the matter and he found cheaper insurance and they matched the excesses. On the same day 13th I cancelled the policy and requested that it does not incept 1 June 2019. We live in a remote area which they should know due to my address given so we do not have great signal - however since the 13th I have given 3 written instructions to cancel and not to incept the policy. On the 1st of June they deducted the premium , and this should not of happened as they state that any policy changes should be send through before the 15th of each month in order for it to be effective. To date I have not receive any refund or confirmation that the policy is in fact cancelled as per my written cancellation request.

Discovery is easy to take someone's premium but when they come to after service delivery they are not so fast and efficient.

They just want to make the Sale - no after sales service.
