Discovery insure will make you run around
It's been a month since I was involved in an accident. The claims department went on to say they are processing my documents. I was sent a letter on agreement of loss and my car was taken 2 weeks ago as it was considered a write off. I was told payout would take 72 hours to process and funds to reflect in my account. After calling 5 different agents, I am yet to get an email confirming any payouts and on my last call and agent was meant to call me back yet nothing happened.

10 Mar 2022, 15:28I've had another 40+ minute call today where I was told a manager would get hold of me. This is on the back of a call where yesterday I had a team manger (Cleopatra) claim she will call me back to which she never did.
I was on that call for +30 minutes yesterday. If I don't get a call from management today at advised 15:30 (from (Maurone Siobo- Vehicle Claims), I will be posting proof of calls on social media.
