Discovery Insure - What a joke

What bad bad service - Extended Warranty with my insurance with Discovery. Insurance was great but add on products is a mistake. Be warned. It really feels like Im in a twilight zone. You get as far as a consultant when you call. Managers and supervisors are always in a meeting. Leave a message - what a joke, 5 days no call back. Discovery has just gotten to big to quick and there work staff really damage their reputation and brand
