Discovery Insure Warranties chooses to believe mechanic doing favors over client.

You, Discovery Insure Warranties, chose to side with your service provider, a mechanic, who broke a water pipe in my vehicle during an inspection(reported a water leak on what they broke), and who then says they were doing me a favor by installing an unapproved temporary water pipe without your or my permission. Have never come across a mechanic that does people favors. Fixed what they broke badly and not according to the norms stipulated by Discovery and my insurance policy.
