Discovery Insure Wants To Use SECOND HAND PARTS to repair my car

We sc****d the side of the car. Claimed from Discovery Insure but two months later the repair is not done. Met with DALS, Discovery's preferred panel beater who informed us the reason the repair is taking so long is that Discovery's assessors have instructed them to source a USED CAR DOOR and are refusing to authorise R15,000 for new car door. This is a disgrace. Anyone who is insured with Discovery should move now. The insurers who pay without quibble are Santam, apparently.
