Discovery Insure Vitality Active Rewards issue

I joined discovery insure and had issues with my vitality active rewards on the corporate app to allow me to play the vitality weekly game.

I reported the issue following the channels available to me and Ganyane Metsing was an absolute pleasure to deal with while they were sorting out the issue.
