Discovery Insure / Vitality

I've join discovery In month of April from First for women insurance, and they offered me free access but service not living up to standard they offer me 25% back petrol and vitally points stil got nothing no petrol back, they said my Huawei NovaY9A has issues connecting to the wifi and been told I must put in stand alone tracker, they installed it 25 May 2022 still not connected or picked, whicj Jackie advised me all in order, I called Jackie G from Afro or Agro to call me back just plain ignored go call back and sort this out twice now i cant get hold of her, but I thank this 25% petrol back it must be oaks you increase my premium and no return I call it *****ing from the poor. Thinking ending the contract end of this week go back to first for women insurance less premium and hassle😤😡
