discovery insure -very poor service

Kindly elevate . Its been 3 weeks now .

TWICE your assessor has been out to inspect without actually going onto my roof ? this is unfair + I am very unhappy with your service thus far . Dominic is trying his best ,but we cant seem to get anywhere ....can you kindly elevate this .

He has paid me for inside damage ,but ive been waiting for 3 weeks (after giving him quotes ) for roof repair . very disappointing

Failing a simple full or part resolution THIS WEEK ,I will be taking my car ,buildings and contents insurance away from discovery .
