Discovery Insure - Very Bad Service

Please dont use Discovery Insure, I submitted a claim on 21 Dec 2024. They sent an assessor who was unable to assess the damage. Then sent another assessor who was only able to assess half the damage. Then I submitted a quote for part of the damage and they said it was too high and sent another assessor who quoted the same amount as my quote and then elected to pay the amount out in cash and did not notify me. I had to call in and got cut off 5 times. Then only after requesting once again that the claim be authorsied did they do so today. So now I have to find someone on the 6th of December to fic the damage and the builders all go on leave on 13 December. I cannot beloieve how badly I ahve been treated.
