DISCOVERY INSURE VEHICLE CLAIM
I submitted my vehicle claim with Discovery on Tuesday night for an accident that took place on Monday morning. On Wednesday morning Donovan Hattingh was already in contact with me regarding my claim. My appointment with VDS was scheduled for Thursday but I could not go on Thursday and I was assisted the same Wednesday by VDS for my assessment. On Thursday afternoon, my vehicle claim was approved and my vehicle ready to be fixed. Thank you to my consultant Natasha Jacobs for her excellent work, Donovan Hattingh for your big heart (your calmness is amazing), VDS for accommodating me at short notice and last Discovery for their excellent service.
