Discovery Insure using *********** service providers

I was advised to take my vehicle in to Eljoney Panel beaters to get the rear bumper replaced. After receiving back my vehicle i noticed the poor workmanship and use of second hand parts. I raised this numerous times with Discovery and the assessor who signed the work off. Up to date i havent received any feedback from Discovery on how they will be resolving this. I will be moving to a different insurance provider and will advise everyone i know against Discovery Insure.
