Discovery Insure Useless

the worst claims process i have ever gone through. More than two weeks since my car broke down and was towed by discovery, the car hasnt been assessed, Dioscovery has not once called me, i have to call in to get progress (of which there is no progress), the person allocated my claim has not once called me. Escalation email sent was not responded ot...it just ridiculous
