Discovery Insure - unskilled

Discovery presents good cover and in general I find them helpful and fast. However, this round, the consultant we had was not particularly helpful when things got to being a little out of thr norm for her (cliam wasn't according to me) and that is problematic in isnurance claims as they are generally urgent and not all the same. Our consultant could not respond to all queries lodged per email so numerous emails were sent some unreturned. And when you try to call, the number is a general line that doesn't get you through to the specific assigned consultant resulting in you having to hang on the line for long unnecessary times if they could just give you a direct line or put you through to the specific consultant. Further, when I had a legal query in respect of the documents they required signature too (which documents for me, as an attorney, appear to be grossly vague and contradicting) the consultant said she would need to refer to management whom I am still waiting to call me to explain their vague and contradicting documents.
