Discovery insure unless horrible service
I am waiting since 17 Dec 2022 and I am fed up with discovery. Now it's a month and 4 days to sort out my contents claim. Maybe in a year's time I'll be waiting still. UNBELIEVABLE. TALK ABOUT ALL THE WONDERFUL REVIEWS ABOUT DISCOVERY IS LAUGHABLE AS I'M GOING THROUGH HELL WITH DISCENERY. EVERY WEEK I GET AN SMALL SAYING A NEW CLAIMS CONSULTANT HAS BEEN ASSIGNED TO ME. WHAT IS DISCOVERY INSURE DOING? THEY DON'T PICK UP CALLS. THEY DON'T CALL ME. THEY DON'T RESPOND TO EMAILS. !! THEY ONLY SHOW GOOD REVIEWS. LET PEOPLE SEE WHAT REALLY IS GOING ON AT DISCOVERY. 😈

09 Feb 2023, 18:40I am now so fed up. 2 months passes and now discovery wants me to get quotes for lost items. I sent the quote but still heard nothing. As i said i laugh at the good reviews since my experience with discovery. Waiting since 17 December last year. May as well expect nothing for a year.....pathethic
