Discovery Insure 'undiscoverable' - impossible to communicate with them

How on earth do you contact Discovery Insure? Their telephone is never answered and you are cut-off. Emails are not rep**** to. Why are their Claims Consultant's clueless about even the most basic aspects of insurance? They do not even know the difference between comprehensive insurance and balance of third party. As a result, my claim was 'discontinued' as I - according to them 'was no longer proceeding with a claim for repairs to my vehicle' What the hell??? Clueless and cannot contact them. Sigh, I knew it was a mistake going back to Discovery. Left them before because they are useless
