Discovery Insure - Unauthorized debits

Discovery are truly inept. This is the 3rd time a debit order has randomly gone off for a policy that was cancelled/reduced

Who authorized that you can just deduct whatever you like, whenever you like, from my account? Had I debited a client randomly and deducted R7k from their account, I would be facing charges of theft/***** etc

Due to your inability to action a cancellation, I have to manually stop a debit order on the bank's side, which costs me. Guaranteed I will not be reimbursed for the bank charges

Their "Vitality Drive" is also the worst product you could take out with them. Like an idiot I accepted the product offering. Your excess is then INCREASED from 5% to 10% and if you don't install their device a FURTHER 10% is deducted from your claim. The "cash back" is not worth the cost of the policy or the excess you get charged

I will be removing all of the products with them (life, insurance, medical aid) and I doubt they will even care. What a colossal waste of very hard earned money
