Discovery Insure *****ulent Services

The resolution of their *****ulent overcharged Car insurance has still not been resolved - we are now two months in and NO RESOLUTION - Despite promises multiple times by management and the Sales representative who took the first and subsequent calls. Quoted a rate Circa R1950 for a brand new Ranger Wildtrak - post which even after receiving the dealer invoice they incorrectly insure a Ranger Raptor - So I call to rectify the DISCOVERY INSURE mistake and get told by service center NO, I must now pay and accept a higher rate of R 2395.67. Clearly I didn't take this lightly with a variable of R445 . Dealt again with Sales and their management with promises of it being rectified and any excess funds credited - and despite escalating this again and being promised resolution - STILL NONE - DISCOVERY I suggest you get this sorted out ASAP. Further despite asking for all the supposed recorded communications , nothing forthcoming - DISCOVERY who is going to call me and get this resolved or do I go to Adrian Gore for first call resolution ???????
