DISCOVERY INSURE UGH 🤢

This is most probably the worst insurance company anyone could opt for. We pay a lot for insurance, and we had a lot of rain in the last couple of months. Our lounge floor lifted due to the “water table” lifting according to the assessor, our claim was approved and then everything went quite - we are now 2 months down the line still waiting for the right person to contact us, but have been informed by a call center agent that it looks like the claim had been rejected due to poor workmanship. This house is in exactly the same condition it was in when Discovery insured it nothing (except for floors lifting) changed but now we are not covered. And no-one talks to you
