Discovery Insure turnaround time and delayed payment of benefit.

I have not yet received my Adult benefit award ( they pay back 25% of your premiums back every six months depending on how you drive) for the past 8 months and when I email they say that my query is already resolved after 5( more than 48 hours they say) business days or 8 normal days after I have sent them the request. They take sooo long to reply to a simple request and then they do reply there is no helpful information.

Seriously thinking of switching to an insurer that gives a dam and replies when they say they will reply
